Just took catering services for wedding for buffet dinner at home & buffet lunch.
Overall service is bad. Feedback as per below:-
1. Ordered catering to reach my home at 5pm. I was not advised that their catering is for 4 hours only so they start packing at 9pm which is ridiculous. Normall buffet is tll 10pm & above and caterer did not state or prompt this before 2. Hygiene issues -abc ice hold using hands. Asked to use glove but the part timer used mouth to blow the glove. 3. Lecture the part timer a young boy and he seemed unhappy & just sit down on the table and sleep. Wth. If dont like criticism please do not ever work in service line & show no respect 4. Food not as per menu. 5. Didnt bring enough bowl. Needs to borrow our bowl instead. 6. No communication between the person who I dealt with and the on- ground staff 7. Repeated food for dinner and lunch although in the menu stated different (served old food). 8. Overall everything sucks big time!
